    I am having the same issue. Can you please tell me the solution for this? I had to disable HideMyWP for the form to work correctly with pagebreaks

    Hi, is the form not being loaded at all or being loaded incorrectly? Please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into the issue further. Also let us know the URL where we can find the form in question.
