Gravity Forms & WooCommerce problem

In short, when visitor submits a form or when buys a product it gets redirected to 404. Form is not submitted at all (I checked the admin) and the purchase is completed and only registered by PayPal, not by WooCommerce.

I turned off IDS Firewall (and Anti-Spam) and Gravity Forms now work fine for visitors. I didn’t check what happens with WooCommerce yet.

I don’t want to have firewall turned off so please explain what should I do.

EDIT: Another note. I have problems deinstalling your plugin. It just won’t work, it stays activated after several attempts.

Hi, please try settings “Block threshold” value to 30 or 40 in IDS Firewall tab.

To deactivate the plugin click on “reset settings to wp” button in HMWP settings page; or you can deactivate it directly from Plugins page.

Thanks Suman. Actually I did raise the value but it doesn’t help. Gravity Form still not submitted. Or am I missing a step there?

Is “Anti spam” option enabled under HMWP General settings tab? If so, disable it.
If still the issue, goto Dashboard >> Intrusions, hover over the request(s) related to above mentioned form/page, and click on “exclude” link.
