I just installed the plugin on my website and I am having 404 page issues. Not sure what the problem is, but if you could quickly check it out I would appreciate it. Thanks

Please advise on this issue as well as there seems to be cross compatibility problems. It seems that you may need to wait a few minutes before you see the issue arise after activating the plugins.
Thanks

September 27, 2016 at 2:53 am #11865Hi, I could login with above credentials but cannot access https://tactically2.com/wp-admin/ (getting 404 error). Can you please disable “Opt-In Panda” plugin for now? First we’ll make HMWP work in your site and once all okay we’ll enable “Opt-In Panda” and see how these two plugins are conflicting. Let us know.
Also, did you try to rename “wp-admin” path in HMWP settings? If so then we’ll need your site’s FTP details as well to fix the issue.

I just spent the last hour on the phone with my hosting provider (GoDaddy) and they went through an extensive test to see what the issue could be. They said that the server and database were functioning fine, so they disconnected all of my plugins, and I turned one on at a time. I activated all of the plugins excepts yours and the website runs perfect. As soon as your plugin is activated I start to receive the errors in question; including the database error and the screenshot of the error you included in your last response. My hosting provider thinks that your plugin is causing to many database connections to be left open or not allowing them to close fast enough, which is intermittent, and probably causing this to happen because compatibility issues with another plugin(s) or theme
I currently have your plugin disabled, Please advise.

October 3, 2016 at 8:30 pm #12055Hi Suman,
It seems that I am having an issue not being able to login again. One of my other theme plugins was updated today and it is causing an issue. Please advise…Thanks

I also installed Opt-In Panda and that plugin seems to have issues with your plugin as well. What do you suggest at this point?
October 4, 2016 at 5:15 am #12059I am able to login right now. Can you login?
October 4, 2016 at 6:30 am #12065I have activated HMWP plugin and applied settings and is working fine now. What changes did you make?
