I have installed and activated hide my wp, and setup it up.

I’m using Azure Websites and multisite enable on wordpress.

Once I add the HMWP rules I get the following error:

“The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred”

I have attached the settings in order to see if there’s any issue. I also attached HMWP rules in order to see if any of those are incorrect.

Hi, all looks good. I hope you’ve correctly added HMWP rules in your site’s web.config file as instructed there. Can you please post web.config file here (as text file) after you have added HMWP rules in it?

    Hi Suman,

I reinstall wordpress from zero. I Activate multisite and then Hide My WP Plugin.

Once I add HMWP rules into web.config I get a mess up with my frontend site. It seems that the browser can get the elements of the recent changes of HMWP.

Although i change web.config with the rules, i get a message from HMWP:

You use Windows (IIS) web server. It’s require to (re)configure Hide My WP after changing settings or activating new plugin or theme.

I checked web.config file and it looks okay. Can you please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details and FTP details as private reply so that we can look further into the issue.

Unfortunately, we do not currently support IIS for multi-site enabled websites.

You can request refund from CodeCanyon panel. Just please give a link to this topic and describe the issue.
