    Thanks! But I cannot check the forum page as the website is in “coming soon..” state (even after logging in). How and where do I check the forum page?

    I couldn’t login to WP backend (it keeps on loading). Please try adding the following replacement in “replace in html” option:

    /wp-content/uploads/ ==> /file/

    But I see in your website several 3rd party images like https://avada.theme-fusion.com/law/wp-content/uploads/sites/24/2015/07/column1-image1.jpg. So the above replacement will break these images. We recommend you to use the images from withing your site, i.e. http://www.bestgoodeal.com/temoignages/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/column1-image1.jpg INSTEAD OF https://avada.theme-fusion.com/law/wp-content/uploads/sites/24/2015/07/column1-image1.jpg

    Hi, the options/features marked * are the ones in experimental/beta state. You can enable these but we recommend you to enable it one at a time and check your website thoroughly, and revert back if in case it causes any issue.

    I disabled HMWP plugin and checked the tickets and they still return 404 error page! So it seems like the issue is not with HMWP plugin. Please check.

    We didn’t get it exactly! Is it the reply from the ticket system plugin’s support team?
    But as mentioned above, the issue in ticket system plugin still exists even after HMWP plugin is deactivated.
