It should be available in your hosting control panel. You can ask your hosting provider regarding it.

I have applied settings in HMWP. Please enter HMWP purchase code in Start tab. And check if wordpress is being detected with builtwith.com now or not. We recommend you to check after some hours as builtwith might have cached the previous result. Let us know!

Yes, it’s not detecting wordpress directly, but detecting woocommerce and jetpack. Jetpack plugin references to 3rd party wordpress URLs and hence makes it easy for the detectors to detect that it’s wordpress site. Is jetpack must have plugin for your site? If not then can you please try deactivating it?

No, you don’t need separate license to test HMWP in development or staging site. But make sure that you completely deactivate/remove HMWP plugin in test site after you have moved to live site.

It shall not slow down the site and woocommerce checkout shall work fine too. Let us know if any issue with this.
Regarding builtwith.com, woocommerce is still being detected, may be because the occurrences of word ‘woocommerce’ is there in the site’s page source. All the occurrences of ‘woocommerce’ cannot be replaced in the page source as some of them are CSS class names and script variables.
