    Hello!

    I have attempted to duplicate the solution that many others have had, replacing my .htaccess with a copy that doesn’t have the duplicated HideMyWP information. Sadly, it doesn’t seem to work for me. I was wondering if there was anything else I could try?

    Hi, I tried activating HMWP and applying the settings, but the website was broken. It seems like there’s some issue with htaccess file. Can you please let us know the FTP details as private reply so that we can look further into it. Thanks!

    Hi, the issue has been resolved. The issue was with htaccess file. WP rules were being duplicated there. I removed the duplicate rules, and then applied “medium privacy more compatibility” settings in HMWP. Everything seems to be working fine now. Please check.
    Note: the previous htaccess is backed up as “.htaccess-BKP”

    You guys are great. Thank you for all of your help! I will definitely recommend this plugin to my clients going forward, now that I know what to look for <3
