    Hello,

    I installed the HMWP plugin and follow all the steps but I still have problem with the plugin that brokes my wordpress.

    I just choose to use the light privacy import option from the plugin settings page.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi, can you please follow these steps and see if it works?

    – goto HMWP Start Tab, select “Medium Privacy – More Compatibility” scheme and save the settings
    – goto Permalink & URLs tab and set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins”

    Note: Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.

    If you’re still having the issue, then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details as Private Reply so that we can look into the issue further.

    Hi, we checked it and it seems like htaccess rules are not being followed. To investigate it further we’ll be needing FTP details.

    Also, we have added htaccess editor plugin to check the content of htaccess file. You may delete this plugin later.

    Everything looks good but not sure why htaccess rules are not being followed. Is it possible to check without the host entry?
