HMWP activation problem with SSL & Site performance going slow down in GTmetrix

Dear Sir,

I have been using edd core extension bundle with marketify & wp-rocket etc. all premium plugins with genuine licences.

My site performances was excellent without HMWP & below is my gtmetrix score

But after activation my site performances goes down very badly, see the screenshot below

And also it was crashed every time when your team member tried to install.

And your team tried lot to fixing this issue but could not succeed.

So please help me to fix this issue permanently without hampering my site speed, page load time etc. and also let me know why it is creating problem and the culprit plugins if any you will find in my site.

Hi, I’ve already fixed the issue with SSL, and now the issue is the site speed. I’ve assigned this ticket to sr. support so that he can look into it further.

Hi All,

When can i expect any solutions from you? More than 10-15 days gone but i and you couldn’t install the plugins successfully in my site. So could you process the refund as i am not getting any solutions after a long waiting.

Do you think is it ethical report after using this plugins? Do you think its not necessary for us ?

it is not about site speed because it is completely affected our sites and after uninstalling the complete HMWP still some codes are there which cannot be removed.

I wish you will fix my issue or fix the bugs in your plugins so that everyone could enjoy this without loosing their site speed and performances. I think maximum buyer are not aware about this and never checked their speed in gtmetrix or pingdom etc. after the installation of this plugins otherwise its a big problem which never addressed in your forum.

The noticeable point is page size. 300KB vs 1MB which is not usual because HMWP do not add any single byte to total page size. It seems the same broken layout issue.

I could login once but it takes forever to open admin pages. I assume it as a network issue and will try again later.

Thanks for your reply and hope you can fix it. I have not changed any login credentials which was before and mr.namus may be help you regarding login. As i remember he has sent me the new login after hmwp installations. Really i need your help very badly and i am developer and i have my own 4 sites for them i will also buy another 4 licenses because it is the best plugin and no other plugin having offer the features like this. So thats why may be we are facing some problem but i know you can fix it and help me asap.
Also as i told you i am a developer and i have more than 1000 clients for whom we designed lot of sites for them and 80% people asked me a solution like this where they can hide their all intellectual things so that no one can guess its platform and css files etc.

Below are some my requirements which i want to share with you and [;ease help me to fix them all.

1- No one can guess the site platform in which it made. Please see the below screenshots

If you see both screenshots then you will found the noticeable thing is Google score, Yahoo score, page load time, ping request, page sizes etc all are effected badly and which are very important for SEO and Alexa. Please see the screenshot below.

If you see the above screenshots you cans ee no such back links and i started before 6 months and now 50k india ranking within last 2 months after the optimizations and SSL and made it mobile responsive and after that within one month my site rank was 1 cr and now its 10 lac world ranking and 50 k india ranking. So after that i got good sales from my site.

Hence, i want to hide all technology & details which i am using behind this site without loosing anything like seo,speed,aleaxa ranking etc.

Can you please help me so that we can take it in a different level so that i will recommended others & my own clients too for the purposefulness of HMWP.

Strange, still have problem. It can open few pages but when I want to go plugins page to activate HMWP it doesn’t work. After that other pages can’t be open,too.

If you don’t have such a problem activate HMWP but do not enable anything.

yes hasan, it is not allowing me to setup and it crash my site after its activation.
So please let me know how you will fix it? Really i need very badly and you know 15 days has gone and we are still there and even could not able to install this same plugins.

I mean I can’t even open plugins page to activate it. Here is what I see when HMWP is inactive.

Could you see plugins page? If yes, what exactly happen when you enable HMWP. For example can you see other WP ADMIN pages? If yes, go to HMWP settings page and click reset settings to default.

Nothing changed! When a plugin is inactive it can do exactly nothing!

There is a misunderstanding here, installed plugins don’t matter at this point I want to activate HMWP, break your site, find the reason and fix it.

Again, please answer my questions:

What exactly happen when you enable HMWP? For example can you see other WP ADMIN pages without problem? Or it only break site layout?

If you can see admin pages go to HMWP settings page and click reset settings to revert settings to default.
