Hello,
I was using your HMWP for about 2 weeks. My website crashed after installing W3 total cache, which appeared to be conflicting with HMWP. Now I have disactivated HMWP, completly repaired my website and installed Autoptimize & WP fastest cache.
Could you please tell me :
1) Is HMWP fully compatible with Autoptimize & WP fastest cache or there is a risk of crashing my website again ?
3) Is there any particular settings to make it fully compatible
4) What minimum settings without any risk of crash would make sense ?
Note in case that I am using a goodlayers template for my website.

1) HMWP is compatible with Autoptimize & WP fastest cache
2) Do not enable common features in HMWP and these plugins. For example: Minification of css/js
3) HMWP’s ‘medium privacy’ settings should be fine.
Do let us know if any issue.

It worked until today, but I had to leave these fields empty as I had the “invalid json response” message:
– API base
– API queryI read it on another post.
1) Did I do well ?
Today I updated WordPress to the new version. My website crashed again. When I want to update a post, the post cannot be found. It does it with a few other posts, but not all. Resetting the hidemywp settings to zero solves the problem, but HMWP is then kind of disabled and pointless. Even the light privacy imported settings cause the problem. Please see my attachment for the screenshot of the wordpress message I get when the post is not found.
2) How can solve this problem while still using HMWP please ?

If it’s still the issue then please let us know your site’s backend login details (as private reply) so that we can look further into it. Thanks!

I am not comfortable with the fact of giving my password on a forum anyway though.
Disabling the IDS option did work.
The steps to generate the error are simple :
1) My HMWP was set on medium privacy, with empty API base & API query fileds.
2) WordPress suggested it’s latest update yesterday, I backed up my website and updated it. HMWP was active.
3) After the update, wordpress asked me for updating my database as well, there was no option to say no. I updated it.
4) I get back to the “post” section to modify some blog articles, that’s where I got the error. It did not open (white page with error message, my screeshot). I tested a few posts, some could be modified, some not (error). What I did after :
5) I disabled HMWP, no more error, I could update my blog posts.
6) ENabling HMWP gave me the error back
7) I tryed recovering my website but it did not change anything as I did not recover wordpress, just the content and the database (I used a plugin). WordPress asked me to update the database straight away again after the recovery (and the error with HMWP was still there)April 2, 2020 at 2:36 pm #29912This reply has been marked as private.April 3, 2020 at 5:22 am #29924Suman M.Post count: 12478This reply has been marked as private. -
