How to redirect to login page when i activated "Hide Admin"?

Hello, i want some request.

i activated and set:
1. Hide Admin – Hide wp-admin folder and its files for untrusted users.
2. Trusted User Roles (Author, Editor, Contributor)
3. New wp-admin Path* (backend)

This make user not logged in when access https://domain.com/backend its displaying 404 page.
So, i want to change to when user not logged in access https://domain.com/backend its redirect to login page not 404 page.

its possible? if yes, how to make it?

Hi, is it that you are not able to login to site’s backend after you have renamed wp-admin path name? Let us know!

hi, i still can access wp-admin (dashboard)

current logic
– Author (user) not logged-in acces https://domain.com/wp-admin (in my case https://domain.com/backend) displaying 404 page
– Author (user) logged-in access https://domain.com/wp-admin (in my case https://domain.com/backend) displaying wp-admin dashboard

the logic that I want
“if Author (user) not logged-in and access https://domain.com/wp-admin (in my case https://domain.com/backend) then redirect to login page”
“if Author (user) logged in and access https://domain.com/wp-admin (in my case https://domain.com/backend) then displaying wp-admin dashboard”

this is very difficult to explain, lol

Hi, I understood your requirement. But this would only be possible if you disable “Hide Admin” option in General Settings tab.

when i disable “Hide Admin”in General Setting
its only redirect from https://domain.com/wp-admin to login page
not from https://domain.com/backend to login page

when access domain.com/backend still redirect to 404 page
any idea?

Is “/backend” the new wp-admin path you renamed in HMWP plugin? Or is it new wp-login.php path name you renamed in HMWP?
Also, please generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply. Thanks!
