See you need to do proper full settings.
Why should I accept that “in my case” it will be a sub optimal partial setting?
Wghatever is conflicting or needs to be investigated can be done. You guys have made a very good plugin and just provide a commensurate support to retain your status as awesome plugin makers and give me satisfaction.
Lots of problems in finishing our site since all this began with your plugin. Just sort it out on a priority basis since too much time has gone. You ahve all access and passwords now.
May 31, 2016 at 5:22 am #9833I’ve assigned it to sr. support now. He shall get back to you soon.
May 31, 2016 at 5:44 am #9834My entire site has been broken by your changes yesterday. Clicking any tab doesnt bring up the page its supposed to bring and goes to the website mask screen. This is pathetic and very painful. Kindly be sensitive to our needs and divert your higher end resources to resolve this and dont leve it to some junior support guys who may have done something without proper knowledge.

Seems it was fixed!
First sorry for delay, you already qualified for a refund.
The issue:
It was mentioned somewhere in FAQs that HMWP may have problem with maintenance and coming soon plugins as those plugins wrap real theme with another page which confuse HMWP.I just removed stored settings (not easy though), disable Launcher, configure HMWP as usual and enable Launcher again. Disabling Launcher is critical for changing new admin path.
I couldn’t re-generate first 500 error but base on what I saw in your WP directory it was an issue with incorrect or modified htaccess.
Please check different aspects of the site and let me know if there is any further issues.
Again, sorry for the delay.
June 10, 2016 at 9:21 am #9934Hi Hassan,
Thank you for your response.
Just checked the WP ADMIN using /wp-admin as well as /wp-login.php?my_login=1234
It is still not working, only the launcher page is coming. Please check.
June 10, 2016 at 9:52 am #9937That’s because I changed settings!
Here is new link:
/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234PS:
You no longer can access to /wp-admin without login.June 10, 2016 at 1:48 pm #9942Okey Got it.
June 10, 2016 at 1:52 pm #9943Hi, in one of your previous reply you mentioned “First sorry for delay, you already qualified for a refund.”…. Can you be able to clarify what do you mean by saying …you are qualified for a refund
June 10, 2016 at 3:05 pm #9946This reply has been marked as private.June 11, 2016 at 3:38 pm #9972Sound Good ! I love to have that refund, while maintaining the HMPW installed on the site. Is that so please go ahead with the refund. Thanks
June 12, 2016 at 3:01 pm #9987Hi we have some conflict in the plugins. So need to disable all. And now because of this we unable to log in to the wp admin panel. Please assist.
June 12, 2016 at 3:43 pm #9988It was not an issue. You need to revert admin panel. I did it for you.
You can easily request refund from Envato panel. Note that refunded customers no longer get support.
June 12, 2016 at 3:54 pm #9989We need your support.
We wont claim refund in that case.
If you on your own feel like giving us any benefits, since you yourself sounded apologetic initially for the delays, we will accept it with gratitude.
As we figure out entire implementation and understand nuances and keep renewing our subscription for support these tickets will obviously reduce in frequency.
