    Hi, can you please try emptying out “new wp-content path” field in HMWP permalink & urls tab? You’ll need to update/restart nginx config.
    If it’s still the issue then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can look into it further. Also let us know the page url where we can check W3TC and other icons issue.

    Hello guys,

    It seems you removed HMWP lines from nginx config. If it’s the case please get them again from HMWP and add them to Nginx config file.

    If they are already there, this means you placed them in a wrong place. In this case let me know your server provider, OS and location of nginx config file (you attached above) please also attach following files:

    common/wpfc-php7.conf;
    common/wpcommon-php7.conf;
    common/locations-php7.conf;
