    I installed the plugin but it didn’t work on the site. The plugin did not work with the theme. unfortunately, the site is broken. I disabled the plug-in. now there are places that don’t work on the site. the links do not work. some pages have changed url addresses. The Site is broken. How can I completely change it back ? Please help me.

    Hello, the plugin is not suitable with the site or theme. When I enable the add-in, the site slows down excessively and does not function properly. Use the add-in I can’t. I demand a refund!

    That issue is also resolved. Basically it’s medium privacy settings with some options enabled/disabled in Permalinks tab.
    Can you please check and let us know if there’s any other issue? Thanks!

    The Site is currently not functioning properly. The pages won’t open. Please check in detail. Can you maximize the security and Privacy level of the plugin? But don’t change the url addresses.

    I disabled the plugin. The plugin does not work properly on the site, it disrupts the site. It makes the site very slow. It does not completely hide the site anyway. Please give me a refund!

    It was working just fine while I checked previously. Anyways, please apply for the refund via your Envato Panel. Also mention there the link to this support ticket. Thanks!

    Nobody cares about me. I want the money I paid back. Pay for an add-on I can’t use? Please be honest, start a process to refund the fee. There’s no one in Envato interested in me, you help me, I need the money.

    Hi, there’s is a process for everything. You purchased the plugin from Envato, so you’ll need to apply for the refund from your Envato Panel, then only we will be able to approve the refund. That’s the process Envato customers need to follow. Thanks and hope you understand.
