Hello,
I emailed you @wpwave.com">info@wpwave.com about a week ago inquiring you about a refund. I never received a response, so I am posting my email here instead.

I purchased your “Hide My WP” plugin, and I have to say that I am thoroughly disappointed. I found the plugin to be complicated, and when I went to the support forum to ask some questions, my posts were never answered, even after several months (although there were other buyers in the forum who tried to help me out). When I had the plugin installed, I could still detect my URL on sites like http://whatwpthemeisthat.com.I’d like a full refund, please. I can PM you my purchase code # and email address.
Thanks.October 10, 2015 at 7:54 am #5030Answered by email.
October 11, 2015 at 7:41 pm #5043Hi Hasan,
OK, no worries. Since it looks like I can’t get a refund, I’d appreciate it if you could point me in the direction to get simple instructions on how to make this plugin work.
October 12, 2015 at 7:26 am #5044Hi tbarney1, can you please let us know here, what exactly is the issue you are having with HMWP in your website? Also, let us know wp-admin login details for the website.
October 14, 2015 at 5:34 pm #5112Hi Suman,
The issue that I’m having is that I cannot figure out how to configure this plugin so that I remain undetected as a WP user. I don’t want to radically change how I log in or do anything particularly complicated involving redirecting directories, etc., if possible. I just don’t want to visit sites like whatwpthemeisthat.com and see all of the details of my site pop up, LOL.
How can I PM you my login details? I definitely do not want to publicly post such sensitive information.
