    Hi,
    When enabled IDS my theme settings wont update and time out. At the same time I get a IDS Alert email with my IP

    If there away to whitelist my IP address or will ithemes security be able to do this without IDS being enabled?

    Hi, you can do these:

    1) Go to “Dashboard >> Intrusions”; hover over the request(s) (related to your theme) and click on Exclude link to add it to exception list.

    or

    2) Try setting “Block Threshold” value to 30 in HMWP IDS Firewall tab.
