    Hi,

    I’m trying to login to my site but get this error message “You are blocked. Please contact site administrator if you think there is a problem.” as soon as I open the main page or the special login page and I can’t do anything. If I delete the plugin via FTP, I can get in at the usual WP login, but as soon as I upload and activate HMWP again it blocks me again. Can I reset this in the database somehow, or how do I proceed?

    Yes I blocked CH because of a massive login attempts from China. I managed to re upload a backup and the site is working again. I’m not sure why blocking China would cause this. Thanks for letting me know what to do if this happens again.

    You are not in China? If not, then blocking China shouldn’t have blocked you. Can you please try blocking China again. If you are blocked again then let us know your website details so that we can check further.
