Hi. Thanks for the support!
I’m having an issue with image upload like the site’s logo selection and upload when HMWP is active. I’m wondering if there is a setting to switch off to avoid this issue? Whenever HMWP is activate, and I try uploading the site’s logo, I get a black drop-back and transparent background making it impossible to select and upload the image. Please check screenshot here: http://prntscr.com/ntq778

Please do these and let us know:
– disable “Anti Spam” option in HMWP General settings tab
– disable “Directory List” option in General settings tab
– disable “Hide PHP Files” option in General settings tab
– empty out “Ajax URL” field in Permalinks & URLs tab
– if it’s still the issue then try disabling IDS option in IDS Firewall tabMay 28, 2019 at 4:57 pm #26408sappsupportPost count: 51Ok. Thanks!
I have tried all of the above, but nothing changed. I also tried General Settings >> Exclude Files, and excluded that plugin folder but nothing changed.

Also let us know where (page URLs) we can check the upload issue. Thanks!June 2, 2019 at 12:42 am #26454sappsupportPost count: 51Hi. It seems a little hard since the site is already in production, but this issue is something we noticed with X Theme logo upload before we encounter the same kind of issue with this plugin (Woocommerce Frontend Manager): https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-frontend-manager/. when Hide My WordPress is activated and you want to upload photo on the frontend the screen turns into this: http://prntscr.com/ntq778 so you can’t upload the image or photo till you deactivate HMWP.
Thanks!

Thanks!

Thanks!

Hotmail blocked the attachment upload for security reasons. But I just uploaded to Google Drive. Try and see if you can download it: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1R4x4pseP3ro0ypXBMMLDuQz5KERWcQGV

June 16, 2019 at 9:11 am #26570Suman M.Post count: 12478Hi, I checked “woocommerce frontend manager” plugin and I could upload images without any issue – https://www.screencast.com/t/cb7LU6q64VM
Also checked with Xtheme and it’s compatible.July 1, 2019 at 3:41 pm #26813sappsupportPost count: 511. Woocommerce Frontend Manager… Are you logged in as Admin? Did you try that just as a user?
2. X Theme. It’s really not about general compatibility. Is about being able to upload X theme logo when HMWP is enable.
