    Hello,

    I have purchased your plugin for the 2nd time, since your work and support was great the first time. Im having again difficulties getting another website working with your great plugin.
    Would you be so kind to support?

    Hi, make sure that you follow these steps:

    – in HMWP start tab, set ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save the settings
    – in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settings

    Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writable. After applying above settings the backend login URL will be http://www.YourDomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234

    If it’s still the issue then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at the issue.

    The htaccess file was not writable. I gave write permission and clicked on HMWP “save settings” button. It’s working fine now.
