    Hi
    I bought Hide my WP plugin a few weeks ago and since then I have problem on some pages of my website.

    This message appears on the screen :
    Internal Server error. The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.Please contact the server administrator at postmaster@joannahaenlein.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    I really don’t know what to do, also my website is very very slow to charge…

    Could you help me please?

    Hi, I checked your site but it seems like HMWP is disabled currently. Please apply “medium privacy more compatibility” setting scheme from HMWP start tab. And let us know which pages have Internal Server Error issue.

    Also, generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply.
    (The above login credentials sin’t working!)
