    Hi, unfortunately not. The first post of the ticket is always visible. But from 2nd post/comment onwards, you can make them private.

    Are you using woocommerce? It seems like builtwith.com detects wordpress when some plugins like woocommerce is activated. We are already working on it and could be fixed in the upcoming versions of the plugin.
