    I have Jetpack connected to my site. Everytime I log into my Jetpack account, Hide My WP sends out a warning mail. An exclusion of this call isn’t possible, it does not work. Can you describe if and how this works and if HMW is compatible to the Jetpack Connection?

    Hi, can you please try disabling IDS option from HMWP IDS Firewall tab? Do let us know.

    Hm, this conversation follows the exact same routine as in the envato comments.

    Of course I can disable the IDS option, but what would this be good for? I would miss the security option there. I need a solution, no work-around…

    If disabling IDS solves the issue then please go to your site’s Dashboard >> Intrusions, and hover over the request name (related to jetpack) and click on Exclude link. There might be more than one request.

    If this doesn’t solve the issue then try changing “Block Threshold” value to 30 in IDS firewall tab.
