    hello
    I can not get hide_my_wp to work with my theme properly, my theme is kallyas and it has its own visual page builder, some functionalities are lost when HMWP is active, and also I can not hide all WordPress fingerprints, I am using WordPress multi-site, and I just use hide_my_wp default options, is there any special way to do things in hide_my_wp that I should follow?

    Hi, can you please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private message), so that we can look into the issue. Also let us know where (url) we can check the visual page builder issue. And what WP footprints are not hidden?

    Thanks for understanding. I see that the images are being displayed now correctly in home page but images still not showing up in the slider counters in the page builder. I tried to fix it but due to complex nature of the page builder few parts/functionalities are breaking. So, HMWP is not fully compatible with this theme (page builder particularly).
    You are eligible for the refund, and you can request a refund from Envato panel with a link to this topic, or else you can completely delete HMWP from this site and use it in another website. Choice is yours 🙂
