    I used high privacy mode but still
    http://www.isitwp.com it’s able to detect my installment and https://hackertarget.com/wordpress-security-scan can read some parts of my site?
    Can you please help me to fix this?

    Hi, thanks for reaching out to us. I could see that isitwp.com is not detecting any theme or plugins in your site but it’s detecting WP.
    And regarding hackertarget.com, I see that the only thing it’s detecting is Contact form 7 plugin.

    I have added few replacements in Replace in HTML section. Let’s check back after some hours as these detectors usually cache the previous results.
