I purchased two HideMyWP licenses but my setup still complaints the plugin license is not valid. Even I marked it correctly to the Purchase Code field and save it.

How can I activate the license if this does not work?

Hi, are you having this issue with both of the licenses in both of your sites? Make sure you copy the license code without any white space.
If it’s still the issue then please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into it further. Also let us know your HMWP purchase code as private reply.

Give the service administrator account details to somebody we do not know? Are you serious 🙂 How hilarious question! Well, if it won’t work we wont use the plugin. Hopefully you will refund it.

Hi, it’s upto you to provide us with login details or not! But there’s nothing hilarious about it, as we and other support forums do ask for login details to check the issue, You provide us with login details doesn’t mean we’ll misuse it anyways. But as I said earlier, it’s completely your choice and we respect that.

Regarding the issue, please let us know the HMWP purchase codes (as private reply) that you are having issue with. If the issue cannot be resolved then you’ll surely get the refund. Thanks!
