    Hi Suman,

    I can login to WP admin with the default wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234 but not with another login that I had created. When I login using the default HMWP login the WP theme works but when I use any other login, the WP theme doesn’t work at all.

    Could you please help me check the settings to ensure that the other login works and the theme loads?

    Hi, can you please let us know the other login url? Also can you make sure that your site’s htaccess file is writable.

    Hi, even after I disabled HMWP plugin, http://financialhelp.com/logas is not available. Can you please check?

    Hi Suman,

    The custom login link appears to work on my end and the theme loads correctly. Please confirm on your end when you have time.

    The url is actually http://www.financialhelpr.com/logas and not http://financialhelp.com/logas 🙂

    So I assume your issue has been resolved.
