September 2, 2015 at 8:31 am #4399Hi there,
Hope you are doing great.I’ve seen an issue recently where a couple of sites for which I use this plugin are now having issues with the Mailchimp API link ups. Not sure when this happened, assume that it’s a recent thing. The situation is that I can’t access the Mailchimp lists for 2 main Mailchimp plugins that i have tried when Hide MY WP is active on site. 1: Arscode Ninja Popups Plugin (a top seller in Themeforest)
2: Ninja Forms Mailchimp Plugin (another leading plugin from Ninja Forms)When however I deactivate HMWP – the plugins work. Are you able to please help me out here? Right now Ive had to deactivate your plugin on both sites – I’d like to use your plugin certainly if we can find a way to get it to work with Mailchimp API. But before we investigate it further can you please update HMWP to latest ver 4.54 and check?
Let us know if it’s still the issue.September 3, 2015 at 10:22 am #4420OK Suman, thank you very much, I have updated these sites with the new version of your plugin now. Please can you let me know what we do next? I’ve assigned this ticket to Sr. support to have further look into this issue.October 5, 2015 at 7:01 am #4936Hi Suman, Can you please confirm where this is at? I can’t use your plugin if its blocking mailchimp for it means that my clients can’t collect email addresses which needs to be a priority. Please let me know, keen to get this resolved and use this plugin on multiple sites officially. Thx October 5, 2015 at 10:44 am #4938Hi, my apologies. Our sr. support has been quite busy for last few weeks. However, I’ve reminded him regarding this issue again, and I hope he’ll get back to you.
