    Hi,
    Couple of days ManageWP panel blocked from HMWP.
    How to fix it?

    Please add all IPs into Whitelist in this page: https://managewp.com/troubleshooting/general/managewp-ips-can-white-list

    I’m having the exact same issue. The Management IP that’s being blocked is 54.191.137.17

    Is there a way to privately whitelist sites within the plugin?

    Hi, thanks for contacting us. Currently there is no option to whitelist IP, but it’s in our ToDo list and will be adding soon. For now you’ll need to disable Trust Network option in Protection tab.

    what is the intelligence behind the “Trust Network option” ?
    How it decides to block an IP?
    Could you please explain the working principles of it shortly?

    Hi, the trust network consists of a list of known dangerous IPs and patterns and this list is frequently updated. When this feature is enabled, and if there is any request from the IP that exists in this list, it will be blocked.

    Hi,
    In that case you can update the IP list manually and remove the harmless IPs which already shared with you above.
