Hi,
I purchased your plugin to use for my multi-site…however the only page that is working is the homepage: http://creativecall.comI only have three pages published so far:
1. A page that lets the visitor know my website is under construction that captures email addresses
2. A Thank you for subscribing page
3. And a unsubscribe page.Pages 2 & 3 are pages associated with the plugin MailPoet so I thought that the 404 page might have been associated with that plugin. However upon testing a publish of another regular page, I still received a 404 error when I tried to load that page.
Yes, I have followed your FAQ and quick guide instructions…taking care to follow what is stated about multi site application and manually configuring my htaccess file… however I’m still getting a 404 error no matter what.
Please help.
Thanks.January 26, 2016 at 4:41 am #7526Hi, I checked your site’s (http://creativecall.com/) page source and see that HMWP is working fine there. But I could not find any other pages/links to test for 404 error. So please let us know how to reproduce the issue in your site.
January 26, 2016 at 3:51 pm #7533Hi Suman.
Thanks for the reply.
Like I stated before hand…the other two pages that are published right now are a ‘thank you for subscribing’ page and an unsubscribe page – which you would not see if you did not subscribe. So in order for you to reproduce the 404 message I speak of, please fill in the signup form and then try to confirm your subscription. No…HMWP is not working fine since it only allows my homepage and every other page published after is a 404.

Can you please check? Also, please try setting your htaccess content to WP default (https://codex.wordpress.org/htaccess)

Suman…it returned a 404 error BECAUSE of the htaccess file still had the hidemywp code that I had to manually place since it was a multisite. This honestly has to be the worst support forum offered on codecanyon.
I guess I’ll have to wait till tomorrow to even get a reply.January 29, 2016 at 1:35 am #7589Clearing out hidemywp code from the htaccess allows the site to work.
January 29, 2016 at 1:35 am #7590However I need the plugin to work or a refund. this one reply a day is ridiculous.
January 29, 2016 at 4:39 am #7591Please let us know the FTP details so that we can make changes to htaccess file. If we can’t fix the issue we’ll make a refund!
