    Hi,

    I just installed a fresh WordPress site on a sub-domain (not a multisite). I already have other sites on other subdomains working fine. However, this fresh site is rerouting to the HideMyWP settings from my main site. Any idea why? I don’t want the site on my sub-domain to be protected by HideMyWP. Thanks.

    Hi, thanks for contacting us. I didn’t exactly get what you are trying to achieve. The site https://yearbook2020.bdsomaniinternationalschool.com/ redirects to https://bdsomaniinternationalschool.com/

    Did you install HMWP in https://yearbook2020.bdsomaniinternationalschool.com/ ?
    Please explain the issue using examples and screenshots.

    Hi. I already responded (twice) but for some reason my response isn’t showing here.

    I have HMWP installed on bdsomaniinternationalschool dot com, not on yearbook2020.bdsomaniinternationalschool dot com. However, I can’t access the subdomain URL or the WordPress dashboard for it because HMWP is treating it as an attempted intrusion and redirecting to the URL I’ve configured in HMWP settings in the main site. Please help.

    Hi,

    I have HMWP installed on https://bdsomaniinternationalschool.com/.

    I recently created a new WordPress installation on https://yearbook2020.bdsomaniinternationalschool.com/. I have not installed HMWP on this installation but I am not able to access either the front-end or the WP dashboard for this installation because HMWP is redirecting to the main site.

    Please help.
