    Hello, I have entered purchase code in HMWP but its not updating automatically its stuck at 5.01 not sure why?

    Hi, after entering the valid purchase code, you should see the option to update HMWP in WP Dashboard >> Updates

    It’s because of the HMWP version that you are currently using i.e. 5.01
    We recommend you to manually update HMWP (you can get it from your envato panel), and from then on you shall be able to update it automatically. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    OK thanks, If I update it manually my settings will remain same or it will lost?

    The settings should remain same, but before the update, it’s recommended to backup the current HMWP settings by clicking on “export current settings” button in HMWP start tab and save it in a text file.
