    Hi there,

I’ve enabled this plugin, and all user roles apart from admin get “page not found” when going to url.com/wp-admin.

I’ve checked other user roles to be trusted in the General Settings -> Trusted User Roles, however when saving I get a 500 error. Then when returning to the page, they are all unchecked.

Can you please advise me on how to let my non-admin users get access to the site backend again?

I have tried with user roles that were default in wordpress (i.e. author) as well as ones I made through a permissions plugin.

Hi, is it the same issue in staging site? If so then please let us know the backend login credentials for the staging site as private reply.

If the plugin manage-xml-rpc is causing the issue, then you can deactivate this plugin temporarily and then set “trusted user roles” in HMWP settings. Let us know if it works like this or not.
