    Hi,
Compliments! Hide My WP is not hiding my themes and plugins when view source page/code is carried out. How can I configure Hide My WP to ensure proper hiding of themes and plugins used even when envious developers or those who have hatred for WP decided to carry out checking themes or plugins I used via the source page?

    Regards

Hi, simply applying “Medium privacy more compatibility” scheme in HMWP settings should hide all WP traces (plugins/themes names, etc). But htaccess file should be writeable for this. Please go through HMWP documentation provided within the plugin download folder.

If it’s still not solved, do let us know your site’s backend details (as private message).

Hi Suman, ok, do you mean when I selected “Medium privacy” I don’t need to go configure anything in the other tabs?

Yes, this will hide all WP traces. Note that your login URL then becomes your-wp-path.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234 (this is default and you can change this in settings page).

If you want some more customization, then you can look into settings page options, after applying this ‘medium privacy’ scheme.

Hi, there’s no WP trace in your site bentikhomeslimited.com. WordPress is not detected with tools like http://www.wpthemedetector.com/ and http://whatwpthemeisthat.com/

And yes, you can change the path names as you like.
