    Hi, first of all upgrade to latest version of HMWP i.e. 4.511. It seems like you are using windows server, so please follow the steps as mentioned here – http://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-no-one-can-know-you-use-wordpress/4177158/faqs/16072

    IIS configuration should be there in HMWP’s Start tab, and web.config file in WordPress root directory (where wordpress is installed)

    wp-config.php and web.config are different. wp-config.php is wordpress configuration file, and web.config is windows server (IIS) configuration file
