Not Working

Hi had this plugin installed and then we ended up deactivating after we configured it during development. We reactivated it and it locks us out. We delete the plugin and re-add it and it still locks us out. I think it is using the old settings and we need to reset it all and start fresh as we are also with a new host (WPEnging) Please help.

Hi, if you cannot login to backend and click on “reset setting to WP” button in HMWP start tab then you can do the following:
In “wp_options” table in your database, delete the rows with following “option_name”:
– hide_my_wp
– hide_my_wp_undo
– hmwp_ids_installed
– hmw_all_plugins
– external_updates-hide_my_wp

Also, if you are using WPEngine, then you’ll need to follow the steps mentioned here:

Hi Suman,

I can not login to the backend when the plugin is active to reset the settings.

Also, I don’t see any of those rows in the wp_options table of my database.

Please assist further.
