Can you please update HMWP plugin to the latest version 5.5.1? Before updating we recommend you to take a backup of current HMWP settings by clicking on “Export current settings” button and save the settings in a text file. Let us know.

As it was already covered in our FAQs page this is just a caching problem. Just enable HMWP (with Trusted Network feature) and wait until buitlwith scan a newer version of your site.
