our website no longer works after installing the plugin

we installed your plugin hide my wordpress und used the medium settings. After a few days the website is not working anymore and we cannot log in our backend respectively find our backend? Our website is http://www.citywhispers.de.
We urgently need help. What can we do?

Hi, if you apply medium privacy settings then your new default login url will be http://www.yourdomain/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234

And let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at the issue.

Hi, we couldn’t see hide_my_wp plugin in /citywhispers.de/wp-content/plugins/ directory?

Also let us know wp-admin login details please.

Also, can you please check the server error log for the exact error you are getting?

You can view the error logs from your hosting control panel or ask the hosting provider for it.

I logged into backend, installed and activated HMWP plugin and followed these steps:
– in HMWP start tab, set ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save the settings
– in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settings

Now everything seems to be working fine. Please let us know if there is any other issue.

Do use the image from within http://www.citywhispers.de domain itself.
