    We are using PDF Merger library to merge multiple pdf files at our site.

    The application has to create a single file by merging multiple pdf files. For that we are using this library.

    After using Hide My WP, we are getting some issues;
    1) Single PDF file got generated, but its not loading all sub files
    2) We have a functionality to print logo at every page. But the logo (image) is not showing after implementing this plugin.

    Attached example with more information.

    If you can see the file without HidemyWP plugin is generated properly and showing logo and two pages. But the file with HidemyWP is not showing logo, and the second page is blank.

    Please let me know if you need any other information.

    Hi, can you please let us know how we can regenerate this issue in your website, so that we can check. Also, let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply).

    Hi Suman,

    You can regenerate this error by running the following URL:

    https://kangoexpress.com/test/process-files/pdf/batch-print-ship-label.php?cs_str_id=AZ150921-US02

    In Chrome, you will see that some pdf pages are blank, whereas some has values. And none of them will show logo.

    In Firefox, this file will fail to open.

    Hi, I tried to login to https://kangoexpress.com/test/wp-admin/ but it seems like there is a redirect loop. Can you please check?

    Yes, I did try to disable IDS and plugins rename there, and then was locked out I guess. It’s probably the htaccess issue. Please let us know the FTP details of the test site so that we can look into this.

    I would like to change login URL to https://kangoexpress.com/test/portal

    Make you sure that not include secret key hide_my_wp=1234 (only in this login page)

    I think there is nothing but only .htaccess change can you please do this so we can access this login url.

    Hi, with HMWP plugin you cannot change the login url like you want above (without secret key). For this you can use the plugin like Theme My Login.
