Performance Drop – PageSpeed GTmetrix – HMWP enabled

[InstallationComplete]

All same settings (same plugins, theme, server etc) – Only thing changed is HWMP enabled. These tests are conducted hours apart.

WITH HMWP:

Any feedback or suggestions???

I should note, I’m using a cache plugin. I tested HWMP with its minify settings enabled (I tested all HMWP minigy settings) but they seem to have zero impact on performace.

Cahce purged at CDN, Cache Plugin and even browser prior to each individual test.

Hi, checking the screenshots above I can see that there is speed difference of 0.3 seconds. With HMWP enabled there could be speed difference in milliseconds. Let us know if you have further queries.

Hey, It seems after reading your support docs and talking the the Cache Developer… The cache plugin DOES NOT allow the DISABLE of pretty URLS for minification.

Just to verify with you…

Pretty Urls need to be disable for minify of CSS and JS?

Is this correct?
