Hi
I have SEO WP — Social Media and Digital Marketing Agency.
I have just purchased the plugin and when installed got the following message.Installing Plugin from uploaded file: codecanyon-4177158-hide-my-wp-no-one-can-know-you-use-wordpress.zip
The Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades plugin was unable to handle requests for this upgrade. Unfortunately, this setup may be incompatible with the plugin.
Please could you advise if this theme is compatible for use with the plugin.

ZahidAugust 26, 2015 at 7:14 pm #4288Hi, HMWP is compatible with all WP themes and plugins. Are you having problem installing the plugin? Please follow one of these 2 steps:
1) Auto install:
log in to your WordPress admin panel, navigate to the Plugins menu and click Add New. Click Upload and choose plugin zip file (like “hide_my_wp-454-install-f.zip”) from your computer then click Install Now.2) Manual install:
– Download the plugin file to your computer and unzip it
– Using an FTP program, or your hosting control panel, upload the unzipped plugin folder (“hide_my_wp”) to your WordPress installation’s wp-content/plugins/ directory.
– Activate the plugin from the Plugins menu within the WordPress admin.August 31, 2015 at 7:52 am #4360Hi
Thanks for your reply.
I carried out the first option;
1) Auto install:
log in to your WordPress admin panel, navigate to the Plugins menu and click Add New. Click Upload and choose plugin zip file (like “hide_my_wp-454-install-f.zip”) from your computer then click Install Now.
And I received the message as per my initial post.
I do not have access to the c-panel.
Does the original file downloaded from Envato need to be unzipped as well using the first option?Thanks
