    Hi there,
Really love your plugin, but I’m experiencing a conflict with my WooCommerce shop page. When the plugin is activated, my “shop” page is giving a 404 error. When the plugin is deactivated, it shows up fine. Can you please look into this?

    Thanks 🙂

Hi, you are using very old version of HMWP. Please follow these steps to update the plugin:
    – goto HMWP start tab and click on “export current settings” button, and save the settings in a text file.
    – deactivate and delete HMWP
    – download the latest version (5.01) from codecanyon and upload it in your website.
    – activate HMWP and import previous settings or apply fresh settings.

Let us know if the issue still exists.

Hi, unfortunately that didn’t correct the issue. Last week I was experiencing issues with deactivating the plugin which caused my theme to break, so I deleted the HMWP code in my htaccess file and made the file unwritable. Do you think this might be causing the issues with the plugin affecting my woo commerce shop page? The plugin is now up-to-date but I deactivated it since it’s still causing my shop to give a 404 error.

Hi, htaccess file should be writable before you apply HMWP settings. Please check and let us know.
