Hello. Can someone please help me? I purchased this plugin but im having difficulties using it. It does not re-write the .htaccess file so I do not know where or how to put the code to make it work in multisite. Besides this, if this plugin is installed on my website, it makes it really really slow and it loads back to normal when I delete the plugin from file manager. Can someone please help me install it properly or something? Thanks

Hi, the website speed is slow because the rules are not found in htaccess file. In multisite, you might need to manually edit htaccess file. Please follow these steps:

    – goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> select ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme >> click ‘Save Settings’
    – goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> click ‘Multi-site Configuration’
    – now use a FTP program or your host file manager and add those lines to your htaccess file (after RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?wp-admin$ […])

If it’s still the issue then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details & FTP details (as private reply), so that we can look into it further.

Hi, I have now activated HMWP plugin in your website and applied “Light privacy Most Compatibility” settings, then clicked on “Multisite configuration” button and added the rules to .htaccess files. Please check and let us know.
