    Hello !
    I have several licenses of HMWP so I start to know this plugin well however I encounter a problem today. Since i’ve installed HMWP, my payment gateway has some problems when it tries to return on the shop (validation or cancel payment), i only see a blank page with plain text “Not Found”).

    I’ve tried to change a lot of settings but i can’t find the one that makes the problem.
    When i reset to WP default and reset permalinks, everything works fine.

    Any idea please ?

    Hi, can you please try disabling IDS option in HMWP IDS Firewall tab? If it works then please re-enable IDS and try settings “Block Threshold” value to 30 . Let us know.

    I’ve tried to disable IDS but the problem is still here :/

    Make sure that “Hide PHP Files” and “Directory List” options are disbaled/unchecked in HMWP General settings tab. If it’s still the issue then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can look into the issue further. Also let us know the steps to re-generate the issue at our end.

    I don’t understand, i’ve tried to move all the settings and it didn’t work.
