    Hi,
    I’ve just installed your plugin on my website and during copying all files via ftp I find problem with transferring several files from wp-content/plugins/hide_my_wp/lib/mutes-creamer/libraries/IDS/vendors/htmlpurifier/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer/….
    I can’t make a safety backup of my site. Please help the topic is very urgent.

    Hi, did you try installing it from wordpress backend? – http://cdn.wpbeginner.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/uploadpluginwpadmin.png

    If it’s still the issue then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can look into it.

    Those are only the temporary session files and should not affect on the value of shop backup.
    Let us know if you have any other issues related to HMWP plugin.
