    Hi,
    I set HMWP with “LIGHT PRIVACY – MOST COMPATIBILITY”
    because with only other setting I got problem.
    I just set this light privacy, with out any other setting,
    it works everythings good for maybe half hour, then in my mobile and tablet, I can’t to login into back end of WP,
    front end everything looks good, but no way to login WP.
    Is umbelieveble,I can’t understand what happen, I lost all day long to try to fix the problem. šŸ™
    (I didn’t change nothing in the login file and folder login)

    Now, after 3 and half hours, after last setting, I got problem again, but now I can’t see web pages nowhere. mobile, tablet, pc etc, front end, and back end.
    (no error showed on screen, just white page and browser message, that says “page doesn’t work”)

    What I have to do!!!!
    I just set up a simple setting of HMWP,
    I didn’t change nothing about login, login folder as I wrote before,
    is really stranger what happen….

    Hi, apologies for the inconvenience caused. It’s most probably the issue with htaccess file. Can you please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into the issue.

    You can replace text and urls in the site’s page source using “replace in html” and “replace urls” options respectively. But it’s not recommended to replace css class names and script variables.     as I told you this is sample installation, when everythings is installed in the right way, I will delete all and I wil do installatin from the beginning.
    how can I save your configuration?
    just copy .haccess file?

    No need to copy htaccess file. Go to HMWP start tab, click on “export current settings” button and save the save the settings in some text file. Later, you can import from it, and update your site’s htacess file with HMWP rules.

    Hi, no need to backup htaccess content. Please do these:

    – export HMWP settings and save the settings in text file
    – import HMWP settings, save settings, then click on ā€œmanual configurationā€ button and follow the steps to add HMWP rules to htaccess file.
    (you’ll need to enter the purchase code too)
