Problem with "WooCommerce Direct Free Download"

Hello,
I am using “WooCommerce Direct Free Download” plugin, when I installed your plugin and choose an any option from scheme drop down menu I got this error when I trying to download a free product :

“This site can’t be reached
The webpage at http://www.sketchuparchive.com/direct-download/NDI3MnxodHRwOi8vd3d3LnNrZXRjaHVwYXJjaGl2ZS5jb20vd3AtY29udGVudC91cGxvYWRzLzIwMTYvMDUvQXNwaGFsdHMucmFy/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE”
Any thoughts ?

Hi, can you please try disabling IDS option under HMWP IDS Firewall tab? If still the issue then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can look into the issue further. And also let us know the steps to regenerate the issue at our end.

sorry about that, You can try it now , after changing the scheme in your plugin it changed the login info.

UPDATE (for sr. support):

With Medium Privacy settings, and “Replace Mode” set to ‘Partial (Quick)’ and “Anti-Spam” disabled, the download works but then website’s css breaks.

That works, but some my products links still have the problem, like this one:

Oops, I just broke your site 😐

Please provide FTP details or rename htaccess (in WP root directory) to something else (.htaccess_bad) to make it work again.
