    I purchase on envato. Install plugin. But not activate. And dont view other pages.

    Hi, I could no more access your site’s backend. Can you please try saving the settings in HMWP and see if the Purchase code issue is still there?

    Hi, apologies for the inconvenience caused. In your site HMWP license is throwing error whereas we see that license is validating correctly at our end. When I tried to login to your site now, I can no more login. And also it seems like it’s 5 months because you were lost in the middle and we couldn’t check. Having said that, it’s our responsibility to fix the license issue in your site and any other issue related to the plugin. Can you please provide us with your site’s backend login details so that we can check it and if it still doesn’t work then we’ll make the refund. Thanks for your understanding!

    How can you not solve this, I can not understand. Can’t the simplest amount of acid solve a problem and claim that this plugin is working ?
