But currently you can only add 9 such replacements. We’ve noted it down and look forward to have this increased in next version of the plugin.
Also, while replacing words/text in your website’s page source, you need to be creful not to replace CSS class names as it might break the theme. For example “mytheme-header” in <div class=”mytheme-header”>

But it should not be the issue with the beta version you are using as it only has fix for Replace Tool limit. One more thing you should keep in mind while replacing words/text in site’s page source using replace tool – you should not replace CSS class names and if in case you do make sure that website’s style is not broken. For example “theme_header” in – <div class=”theme_header”>

You can see it now. The CSS will break only if the class name has been used by theme or plugin for CSS. You may replace but you have to re-check each time you do such replacement.
“Replacements are not preserved” – seems like an issue there. thanks for pointing this out. We’ll fix this in next version.
Regarding the multiple CDNs, we’ll be adding this option in upcoming versions of the plugin.
Are you getting the correct CDN paths even though “CDN Path” option box is empty?

– Changing CSS classes doesn’t necessarily destroy the design it depends on theme or plugins. Sometimes they just used that classes for reference.
– Maybe, the problem was caused by one of these features: Clean up menu/post/body classes.
-In case of CDN Path Tool, it just uses replace in HTML to replace theme, plugins and other files path. There’s no plan for multiple CDN support, however, you still can have different pathes for different folders. For example following rule can be used to change some of JS files:
yourdomain.com/skin/js/ ==> cdnthemejs1.maxcdn.com/skin/js/– Thanks for your report, I could fix that bug so replace tools now can be restored by reverting settings. New version has been attached. (v4.51 RC2)

And google won’t take it in a negative way as we are not changing the paths physically.
