Hello, I’m using the recommended plugin configuration, but I’m still having problems.
After simulating payments using paypal I’m having some problems.
The process is done as follows: I order through my site, paid for paypal, I go back to my website, where is the invoice on a page and a link to follow the order, when I click on this link that has just been created, I’m getting error 404.
The link is like this: https://mydomain.com/?post_type=job_order&p=905
When you disable the hide my wp plugin the link works perfectly. I also disabled in the plugin settings the “Enable IDS” function and the problem continues, only when you disable the plugin that this new url works. For all requests made on the site, the url always appears this error.
Is there any specific configuration in the plugin that could change to solve this? I think this is related to some configuration in the .htaccess file made by the plugin. Any help I appreciate!

July 18, 2018 at 4:59 am #22631Suman M.Post count: 12478Hi, please do these:
– in General settings tab disable/uncheck “Directory List” and “Hide PHP Files” options
– in Permalinks & URLs tab, empty out “Ajax URL” field. Also empty out “API Base” and “API Query” fields
– if still the issue then disable “IDS” option in IDS Firewall tab.
Let us know.

I thought the problem was with the plugin all in one security, but it is not, I tested all in one and hmw and the problem was even in hmw.
What other suggestion?

Also let us know where (page URLs) can we check the error below:

The issue has been resolved now. The changes I made to HMWP settings:
– set “API” option to ‘Enable REST API’ in permalinks & urls tab
– emptied out “Post Query” and “Page Query” fields in permalinks & urls tabPlease check and let us know.

I have just one more question: Previously I deactivated some options to test. Like these: AJAX URL, Directory List and IDS.
Can I reactivate these options? Do you have any problems?
Also, I would like to hide wp-jason by renaming the “API Base” field
Can I make that change too?

Also, I would like to hide wp-jason by renaming the “API Base” field
>> This I think will cause conflict in your case.July 20, 2018 at 12:39 pm #22675gerandPost count: 9Thank you very much!
July 20, 2018 at 9:44 pm #22678gerandPost count: 9Sorry for duplicating my answer. But a doubt arose. I have the “automatic return url” setting of paypal on my website. But paypal is not automatically returning after the completion of a purchase. Is it possible that HMW is blocking this automatic return? Can any specific configuration be doing this?

Please check with HMWP activated with current settings (and AJAX URL, Directory List and IDS options disabled). If there’s issue, then please deactivate HMWP and check.Note: export your current HMWP settings by clicking on “export current settings” button in start tab and save it in a text file.
