Replace URL Path and Text

Can anyone tell me how to replace this url:
From:
https://mydomain.com/inc/cache/wpfc-minified/b61e53aaeb5258e4d9e2c2d2ae70be47/1498980910index.css
To:
https://mydomain.com/inc/cache/minified/b61e53aaeb5258e4d9e2c2d2ae70be47/1498980910index.css

also change that cache plugin comment
From:
<!-- WP Fastest Cache file was created in 64.865964889526 seconds, on 02-07-17 15:35:15 -->
To:
<!-- Cache file was created in 64.865964889526 seconds, on 02-07-17 15:35:15 -->

Is that possible?

I’ve try set Replace Tool like that: http://prntscr.com/fqmsvp

Hi, you cannot rename “wpfc-minified” in the URL https://mydomain.com/inc/cache/wpfc-minified/b61e53aaeb5258e4d9e2c2d2ae70be47/1498980910index.css as this path will be required by WP fastest cache exclusively.

And to remove the comment added by WP Fastest cache, I didn’t see any option in WP fastest cache’s settings page. Also it couldn’t be removed using HMWP’s Replace Tools. Please contact WP fastest cache’s support on how this can be removed (may be there’s some hook to do so).
